5th Fresh Art: A Day of Public Art Making
Saturday, June 21
Mount St. John/Bergamo
Spend the longest day of the year doing something you love. 5th Fresh Art will take place at Bergamo/Mt. St. John on Saturday, June 21, in celebration of the summer solstice. Join your fellow artists to paint, draw, sculpt, weave or stitch in the fresh air. Bergamo, located on the edge of Dayton and Beavercreek, is an ideal place for working en plein air. There are hills, fields, gardens, unique buildings, woods, a labyrinth ... even views of the freeway, if you care to hike out that way.
Activities include a critique and barbeque on the day of the event, and, for the third year, we are pleased to present an offsite exhibit of work you produce at the event (Gallery Saint John June 28-July 13). The public is invited to tour sites where artists are working during the late afternoon.
Rain Date: June 28 |
Cost of $10 includes access to facilities, cookies, water, critique and exhibition (June 28 to July 13).
