A lucky few joined the Pereyma family for their Christmas tradition
involving
shiny dough and many hands around the table. Dr. Constantine
& Aka Pereyma led the group in making, baking and eating strudel,
and gave a tour of Aka's wonderful artwork-infused living space.
Once the dough it stuffed, it must be measured using a small child.
Then, it must be cut before it is baked.
Finally, once baked, it is served by gracious hosts, Aka and Constantine.
